Instructions for use LED-BOX III
- Determine which lights and their functions can be permanently lit via our LED-BOX.
- The data regarding current (mA) of the individual lights can be found by the respective lights.
- Add up the total consumption per function in mA.
ATTENTION: Be aware of the voltage range you need (from 12 volts). - The total consumption must NOT exceed 400 mA.
Possible malfunctions:
- The connected LED lights do not work permanently or individual functions only flash.
- The LED-lights do not turn on.
Cause:
- The value of all functions connected to the LED-BOX exceed the value of 400mA.
Resolution:
- Contact all single-function-lamps, such as outline marker lamps, side marker lamps,
number plate lamps, …… BEFORE the LED-BOX.
ADVICE:
Only the rear lamps and their functions, such as flasher, brake, reverse, fog light should be controlled via the LED-BOX, because these are electronically checked.
All other single-function-lamps, such as outline marker lamps, side marker lamps, number plate lamps, … must be connected BEFORE the LED-BOX.
