A new chapter for Sanube: generational change on January 1, 2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Sanube GmbH is setting the course for the future: on January 1, 2026, company founder Walter Sallaberger will hand over management of the business to his two sons, Michael and Stefan Sallaberger. This marks the transition of the family business, founded in 2006, to the next generation \u2013 with continuity, new impetus, and the shared goal of further expanding Sanube. The location, the proven teams, and the customer focus will remain unchanged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Over the past two decades, Walter Sallaberger has shaped Sanube with his entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, and trustworthiness. Under his leadership, the company has developed into the European market leader for LED lighting for agricultural trailers and machinery. Today, Sanube stands for robust, durable, and technically innovative lighting solutions that offer safety, visibility, and efficiency in everyday use. The management, team, and partners would like to thank Walter Sallaberger for his work, for building up the company, and for his trustworthy cooperation. However, he will remain with the company as a member of the management team and will be responsible for finance and marketing in the future. He will also retain his position as managing director of the subsidiary Sanube KFT (Hungary).<\/p>

Michael and Stefan Sallaberger will take on clearly defined roles:<\/p>

  • Stefan Sallaberger<\/strong><\/span> is responsible for the commercial side of the business and will continue to strengthen sales and purchasing.<\/li>
  • Michael Sallaberger<\/strong><\/span> takes on technical management with a focus on development, product management, and quality assurance, emphasizing innovation and customer benefits.<\/li><\/ul>

    Both focus on short decision-making processes, open dialogue with customers, and consistent further development of the product portfolio.<\/p>

    \u201cWe want to preserve the successful foundation laid by our father while also taking advantage of new opportunities,\u201d emphasize Michael and Stefan Sallaberger.<\/p>

    In addition to further developing LED solutions for the agricultural sector, other segments such as truck trailers, caravans and motorhomes are also to be tapped in the coming years. Sanube wants to use its experience in technology, reliability, and service to develop additional applications and address new markets\u2014always with the aim of delivering practical solutions.<\/p>
