In order to constantly improve and expand our range, a lot of time and resources are invested in product development. This is an important step in order to survive on the international market.
One of our greatest strengths is in-house electronics development. From the integrated turn signal failure check to the “running flasher” or the new “LED box”, everything is developed, tested and then mass-produced in-house.
Delivering the best and consistent quality to our customers – These requirements of our customers have led us to get the ISO 9001 certification by TÜV Austria. The initial certification was completed in 2017 with great success. You can download the current certificate in the “Downloads” section.
Continuous improvement of processes
The self-developed and optimized processes for error avoidance help us to reduce costs, increase quality and thus increase customer satisfaction. Our documentation enables us to demonstrate our commitment to quality at all times. Tools for improvement are constantly being introduced and optimised. The clear structure of the processes increases the understanding of the employees and facilitates the training of new personnel.
Increased performance in our production
We are already seeing that we have been able to reduce the lead times of enquiries and complaints and increase productivity. Processes for continuous improvement have also been introduced. By describing processes, we avoid redundant work on the one hand and omissions on the other.
