2006

The company SANUBE (Sallaberger Nutzfahrzeugbedarf) was founded by Mr. Walter Sallaberger in 2006. In the early years we mainly dealt with the trade of vehicle components for trailers. In a rented hall first customers from the vehicle construction sector in Austria were supplied with various components.

Own and also customized developments in the area of "finished" lighting systems made us very fast to one of the leading suppliers.

2007

Extension of the product range by the production of own light systems for the passenger car, truck and agricultural trailer - or also the machine range.

In-house and customer-specific developments in the field of "finished" lighting systems quickly made us one of the leading suppliers.

2008

Relocation of production to Hungary.

Conclusion of a partnership with a very large luminaire manufacturer from Portugal.

Major customers from all over Europe made it necessary to expand production. In rented halls, approx. 250km southeast of Budapest, our lighting systems were produced with immediate effect.

2010

New construction of our current factory building in Hartwagen.

Many new parts, more personnel and new customers from all over Europe made a larger new building of a warehouse including offices necessary. Approx. 700m² warehouse and 300m² office space give now enough place for all requirements of our customers. Daily deliveries from our production in Hungary and weekly deliveries of luminaires from Portugal make our company building a central point in Europe, from where we can serve all our customers reliably and quickly.

2014

Opening of a new production hall in Hungary.

Constant new customers and their requirements quickly made the production space in Hungary too small and a new hall was built here as well. Approx. 180 employees now produce all our lighting system components on approx. 3300m².

More personnel and simpler work processes due to more space guarantee cheaper and high-quality products, which our customers appreciate very much.

2015

New warehouse

Cultivation of the company in Hartwagen. Due to increased customer orders a further hall construction became necessary. Furthermore a production with 5 production islands was integrated into the existing hall.

By this new manufacturing we could react now still faster and more simply for our customers.

Smaller lot sizes and heavy metal parts such as finished light carriers were manufactured immediately in hard carts and no longer in Hungary.

A new, modern computer-controlled high-bay warehouse for small parts was also put into operation.

Agco Supplier Award

High award for SANUBE from one of the largest tractor and agricultural machine manufacturers in the world.

At the end of 2015 the "AGCO Supplier Days" took place in Marktoberdorf. Only 16 of the 350 participating companies received awards. Sanube received the "AGCO SUPPLIER AWARD 2015" for outstanding cooperation within the group.

2016

Commissioning of a modern, computer-controlled high-bay warehouse for small parts.

10 years SANUBE - this must be celebrated!

Under the motto "Celebrate with friends and companions" we invited you to our headquarters in Diersbach on 17 June 2016.

Present were "friends" of the company SANUBE. Walter Sallaberger understands this to mean business partners, relatives, personal friends and neighbours of the company who have been involved in the success and positive development of SANUBE over the last 10 years.

2018

Expansion Headquater

Due to increasing market and expansion into the caravan sector, an additional expansion to the main plant was necessary.

In order to be prepared for the coming years, we decided to double our production, warehouse and office space.

With almost 2000m² covered area, we can now continue to grow.

2019

Acquisition

On 1.1.2019, we purchased our Hungarian harness manufacturing partners shares and took control over the complete manufacturing business in Hungary and founded the 100% wholly owned subsidiary Sanube Kft.

We have been able to further increase production capacity and quality.
